Our Fitness class in Dublin is not just a once off session or a normal bootcamp. We structure our programme to progress with your fitness and your body.
That means week 1 is designed to educate you and teach you our foundational movements. Week 2 adds some more work as your movement progresses and weeks 3 & 4 are where you really start to feel the differences in your energy and shape.
